Oxford Royale Academy is characterised by its polite, friendly and informed staff, and no more so than in the customer service team. When parents are thinking about booking a course at ORA for their sons and daughters we are the people who give them their very first impressions of who we are, whether through email or on the phone, so ultimately we’re responsible for showing how great ORA is! We need to have an in-depth knowledge of all ORA courses so that we can advise students as to the best course for them, as well as knowing about all sorts of technical points like international English standards and visa procedures. So our team is made up of bright, organised individuals with excellent spoken and written communication skills and strong academic backgrounds.

The roles are exciting and varied, dealing with customers from all walks of life and from all over the world, so if you’re outgoing and love working with people then we’re definitely the team for you. It’s also a great team to join for gaining experience working directly with customers and developing communication skills.
