All staff will be required to undergo an enhanced check through the Disclosure and Barring Service at recruitment stage and ORA reserve the right to refuse candidates if relevant offenses are found as part of the check. Staff will be required to repeat a check at regular points during their employment period. ORA undertakes references from previous employers for all shortlisted candidates and may, as part of this process, ask specifically about suitability to work with children.
